Andrea Salvetti is a peasant artist who knows well the hunger, the food, and the traditions shared by the people of the Apennine Mountains. Andrea performs a sacrifice for which he has prepared three pots, one shaped like a lamb, one a tree for cooking bread, and finally a trough for cooking vegetables.
