Students from the Maiuri middle school visit a company that raises buffalo organically. They document the lives of the buffaloes: while they eat they are milked and cleaned (as if they were cars!) with giant round yellow brushes. The short film is an ode and homage to one of the jewels of country cooking: buffalo milk mozzarella.
