The village has alway been little, but now it’s even more little. Four houses still standing and the street. There’s nobody around. Nobody to say hello to, nobody to complain about warm weather with. The heart quake didn’t left anything. The story about two souls trying to put together pieces of a broken village.

Pier Lorenzo Pisano is director and writer for cinema and theatre. He graduated at Centro Sperimentale in Rome (National Cinema School). He made his debut as cinema director with the short movie Così in terra, which was selected for 71 Cannes Film Festival and in more than fifty international film festivals. His second short movie Antiorario was produced and previewed duringl 72 Locarno Film Festival. In the meantime he received recognitions from major italian awards for screenwriting and drama, among which Premio Solinas, Premio Riccione – Tondelli, Premio Hystrio. His theatre writings are translated into twelve languages.
