After studying cello and art history in Bologna, Myriam Raccah moved to Brussels where she graduated in directing at INSAS and in “Speculative Narrative” at ERG. Since then she has been working as a documentary director as well as a writer of children’s books. Since 2015, she has been an active member of ARG (Animation Research Group), an international artistic research collective around the heterogeneous practices of animation, with whom she has exhibited in BOZAR and in ERG (Brussels), in Mundaneum (Mons) and in Khiasma Space (Paris).
Domus de Janas is her first feature-length documentary.
