Violaine Pasquet was born in 1979. After her studies in 3D school, she worked in Paris with children and she taught them how to make a stop motion movie. This project gave her a taste for traditional animation. She tried different animation techniques, but it is stop motion that attracts her the most. She loves working with materials, creating shapes, moulding, carving… a scientific stop motion laboratory where everything is reinvented each time. She teaches how to create a movie to children and adults during the whole year and directs workshops in schools. Always in motion, she has created an animation studio “The Fabule” in Loire Atlantique, France.
