Irish Folk Furniture

An animated documentary on restoration and recycling in rural Ireland, where old hand-painted furniture is often linked to difficult moments, to poverty and a time that many would prefer to forget.

Because of these negative associations, a large part of this rural furniture passed down through the generations lies abandoned in barns and tool sheds.
