Jelie
Jelie is a lively octogenarian from Jovençan (Valle d’Aosta). She nourishes a particular passion for officinal plants, those used in popular medicine. She has an uncommonly modern environmental conscientiousness, developed through her close and sensitive observation of nature. Her days all revolve around her special little vegetable garden.

Joseph Péaquin was born in Avignon, France, in 1971. He graduated in Communication Sciences, specialising in audiovisual directing, from the University of Grenoble. After gaining work experience in Paris and Turin, he returned to his origins in Valle d’Aosta, and decided to focus exclusively on documentary films.
