The portrait of a woman told through her making pasta: a young Neapolitan cook/psychologist, who moved for love to a little medieval village near Campo Imperatore in the Abruzzo region, shows us a recipe that expresses her identity and the essence of her rural Italian life. In this recipe, perhaps, there lies the secret of happiness: living in harmony with one’s own land, in a simple and authentic manner.
