The Diver
Julio César Cú Cámara is the head of Mexico City’s divers working for the city’s sewage. His job is repairing pumps and remove waste flowing inside the drains to free sewage circulation.

Esteban Arrangoiz was born in Mexico City in 1979, he took degrees in Media and Cultural Studies in Australia and in filmmaking at the Centro Universitario de Estudios Cinematográficos/UNAM in Mexico City. In 2012 he participated in Berlinale Talents. His short films have screened at national and international festivals. He has recently also begun creating video installations.
