Polenta (cornmeal mush) is made by mixing three different flours, waiting with your hands folded, and when it’s time, mixing this with art.

Fabio Bonfanti graduated with a degree in Film and then another in Philosophy. He completed a master’s degree in screenplay at Rai school. He works in Torino as a “luciaio”. In October, a Sardinian director will make a film that they wrote together.
